1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through SR2025-02-006541 MOOE dated July 29, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eighteen Thousand Fifty - Two Pesos & 14/100 (P4,018,052.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X7-25-07-311. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
