INVITATION TO BID FOR CONTRACT ID NO. 25GK00014 - PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURES (TABLES, CHAIRS, CUBICLES AND FILING SHELVES) FOR NEW MAINTENANCE DIVISION OFFICE

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through RA12116 Reg. 2025 EAO dated March 26, 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-three Pesos & 25/100 (P1,728,963.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X6-25-03-119. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
