1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through RA12116 2025 EAO March 25, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P6,160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X11-25-03-111. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
