The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through RA12116 2025 EAO April 4, 2025 intends to apply the sum of LOT 1: Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P930,000.00); LOT 2: One Million Four Hundred Forty - One Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P1,441,200.00) and LOT 3: Four Hundred Ninety - Eight Thousand Pesos (P498,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X2-25-04-134. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
