  1) The Department of Health Zamboanga Peninsula - Center for Health Development (DOH ZP-CHD), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos Only (4,399,984.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FAMILY PLANNING COMMODITIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
