The DPWH-NCR through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 198,999,605.86 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 24O00225 - Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program: Construction of Solar-Powered Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Estero de Binondo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
