Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS BRAND NEW ELECTRIC STAKE TRUCK WITH DROPSIDE BODY [REBIDDING]

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways [DPWH] thru its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC] for Goods, through the GAA 2024, R.A. 11975 Extended, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos [Php 10,600,000.00] only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under Contract ID No. 24GZ00035 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, to wit:

Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements.
