1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through RA11975 EXT. 2024 Cont. EAO January 8, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety - Five Thousand Pesos (P4,995,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X11-25-01-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
