The Department of Public Works and Highways-X through RA11975 Reg. 2024 Current EAO November 21, 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Sixty - Six Pesos & 67/100 (P4,150,666.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. X6-24-11-529. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
