1. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office, through SUB-ALLOTMENT ADVICE Nos. SR2024-11-020905 issued on November 21, 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (P1,108,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 4 units biometrics scanner under Contract ID No. 24GIJ024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply/Delivery of the Goods is required to start within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
