Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CEMENT
AND ASPHALT TESTING EQUIPMENT

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, through the GAA 2022, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight and 48/100 Pesos (Php 5,637,478.48) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Cement and Asphalt Testing Equipment, Contract ID No. 22GZ00022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods now invites bids for the Procurement of Cement and Asphalt Testing Equipment. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
