Description : Invitation to Bid for THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIVE (5) UNITS 24-CHANNEL SEISMOGRAPH FOR THE USE OF DPWH REGIONAL OFFICES (FY 2022)

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), through GAA 2022 intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand and Six Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos Only (Php 21,265,667.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Five (5) Units 24-Channel Seismograph for the Use of DPWH Regional Offices FY 2022 under Contract ID No. 22GZ00019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
