1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods (BACG), through the Regular Current GAA 2025 R.A. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Forty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php25,046,800.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) for the National Hydrologic Data Collection Program 2025. Contract ID: 25GZ00009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
