1) The Department of Health Zamboanga Peninsula - Center for Health Development (DOH ZP-CHD), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 156,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) - PROCUREMENT OF RADIO PLUGGING FOR 12 MONTHS IN ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
