The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through its Corporate Operating Budget CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million (₱2,000,000.00) Pesos only, inclusive of all duties, taxes, and/or other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the afore-mentioned contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
