INSTRUCTIONS TO SUPPLIERS

A. Mode of Procurement: PUBLIC BIDDING
B. Deadline of Submission of Quotation: November 17, 2025
C. Construction Period: 130 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
D. Terms and Conditions:
1. As a government agency, LGU San Andres shall transact only with legitimate suppliers/contractors.
2. All quotations shall be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of quotations.
3. BAC reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier/contractor and/or reject all bids at any time before award of contract.
4. Contract shall be awarded to the supplier/contractor with the lowest calculated responsive quotation and that complies with the minimum technical specifications.
5. Price quotation shall be denominated in Philippine Peso, to include all taxes, duties, and levies payable.
6. Refusal to accept an award may be grounds for the imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184.
