1. The Pangasinan State University through the GAA fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php 50,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Continuation of Grand Legacy Building Phase 4 (Assessment & Training Center for Hospitality, Tourism, Tech-Voc., ICT and Disaster Risk Management Center) - PSU Lingayen Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days.
