1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Fifty Three Pesos and Ninety Nine Centavos (P5,559,053.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Continuation of Farm to Market Road at Purok 3, Sitio Ubbog, Barangay Baraoas (Project Identification Number PB-25-012). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Five (105) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
