Description : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing and producing compelling, story-driven promotional video content in the fields of culture, food, and travel, with national or international deployment.
2. Must have previously worked with government agencies and/or cultural institutions, with deliverables suited for events, conferences, and campaign integrations.
3. Must be registered with the PhilGEPS; and;
4. Must be willing to provide services on send-bill arrangement.

GUIDELINES:
Conceptualize and propose the overall content, flow, and visual treatment of the project, including but not limited to the script, mood board, and list of experts to be interviewed.
