1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, RXI, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 0/100 Only (₱1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Validation of Graduated Sites for the Release of 10% Retention Fee under the National Greening Program.
