Description : III. Eligibility Requirements

The Department of Tourism (DOT) seeks a Consultant or Consultancy Firm/Company to provide professional and technical consulting services to support the assessment, research, and preparatory activities necessary for updating and formulating the PTHCD Plan.

The Consultant or Consultancy Firm/Company must have the required professional skills and experience:

● Must have at least seven (7) years of proven experience in tourism industry planning, data analysis, and the application of a value chain approach, particularly in local, national, and international contexts.
● Must have demonstrated experience in tourism human capital development, particularly in research, education administration, curriculum or training program design, or the organization of capacity-building initiatives.
● Must demonstrate expertise in conducting needs assessments to identify workforce gaps and development priorities.
