(UPDATING OF KANANGA LEYTE ECOLOGICAL PROFILE, CLUP AND ZONING ORDINANCE WITH COMMUNICATION PLAN, CDRA BASED CDP, FLUP, AND LOCAL SHELTER)
1. The Municipality of Kananga, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 and Supplemental Budget No. 3 of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Pesos (Php 11,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Updating of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (Updating of Kananga Leyte Ecological Profile, CLUP and Zoning Ordinance with Communication Plan, CDRA Based CDP, FLUP, and Local Shelter Plan) consisting of the update, revise and repackage of the CLUP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
