Description : Engagement of a service provider to conduct the Third Party Monitoring (TPM) for the FY 2022 and 2023 Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) 1 lot
1. The Service Provider must be a Non-Government Organization or Civil Society Organization with necessary permit to provide the services required;
2. The registration of the Non-Government Organization or Civil Society Organization must be valid during the implementation of the Third Party Monitoring of the FY 2022 and 2023 LGSF projects;
3. The Service Provider must be eligible to participate in government procurement (please see TOR and Annex 1)

*conducting on-site administration of surveys or questionnaires;
*conducting interviews with government and non-government stakeholders; and
