1. Technical Documentation: review and assess detailed
engineering drawings, specification, and structural as
built plans provided by the City of Surigao.
2. Coordination: collaborate with City Enginer or staff for
history of construction.
3. Review on photos: of fabricated rebar, rebar works on
beams, slabs, column footing and other structural members.
4. Geotechnical Review: soil report review to obtain the
recommended bearing capacity used for substructure design.
5.Material Testing: Review on the Test result on structural members.
