Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Consulting Services for the Structural Audit and Design Services for Retrofitting of GSIS Batangas and Tuguegarao Branch Office Buildings.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The GSIS now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for Structural Audit and Design Services for Retrofitting Project. Bidders should be currently handling or have completed within the past ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least five (5) contracts similar to the Project.
