1. The Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Site Development Plan and Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design of Structures, Facilities and Utilities at Capas National Shrine with Project Identification No. PVAO ITB-08-CAPASDAED-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
