Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE REVIEW AND UPDATING OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN, ZONING ORDINANCE, AND LOCAL SHELTER PLAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

1. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (Php7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Review and Updating of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Local Shelter Plan of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
3.
