Description : In view of the Two Failed Biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPB PHL) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Consulting Services of a Research Company to Conduct the 2025 TPB Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) / Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,500,000.00).

The Negotiation is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
