Description : 1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to engage the services of consultant for the abovementioned project in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 12009.

2) The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Million Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) inclusive of all applicable government taxes. The engagement shall be for sixty (60) calendar days, commencing from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) by the Consultant. Proposal received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the proposal opening.
