1. The Environmental Management Bureau - Central Office (EMB-CO), through the
General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million
Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under
the contract for the Consulting Services for the Preparation of Fourth (4th) National
Water Quality Status Report (NWQSR) 2019-2024 with ITB NO. EMBCONSULTANCY-NCB-2025-0002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Environmental Management Bureau - Central Office (EMB-CO) now calls for the
submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the Preparation of
