1.The LGU-San Jorge, Samar, through General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Seven Thousand Two Thousand Pesos (Php 1,607,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Preparation of Detailed Engineering Design for the Proposed Upgrading of San Jorge Level II to Level III Water Supply System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
