II. PROJECT DATE :

III. DESCRIPTION :

The Office of Product Development (OPD) will be conducting the Dive Tourism Product Audit and Survey in the Negros Island Region (NIR) from October 8 to 14, 2025, and in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro from November 17 to 21, 2025.
In line with the NTDP-s Strategic Goal 6. Maximization of Domestic and International Tourism and Goal 7. Strengthening Tourism Governance through Close Collaboration with National and Local Stakeholders, the OPD will be conducting the following:

A. Product Audit - an inventory and assessment of existing dive resorts, dive centers, dive shops, and dive professionals in key and emerging dive sites, to determine their viability and overall visitor readiness.
