Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Two Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php102,945,781.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DOTr now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the Metro Laoag and Metro La Union Pre-Investment Study. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 08 September 2025, 2:00PM at Unit 62, The Columbia Towers, Ortigas Avenue, Brgy. Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Late submission of Eligibility Documents shall not be accepted.
