Terms of Reference:
1. Provide technical expertise on preparing drawings/designs
and analyses of sanitary engineering systems for at most 4 new and
improvements of infra projects per month, including site inspection and
visitation during project implementation until the completion of
the project/until the duration of the Contract of Consultancy.

2. Sign and seal of plans and other related documents as required for building/project implementation and other related transactions.

3. Assist the technical group of Physical Plant Division.
