Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTING SERVICES-GEOTECHNICAL/SOIL EXPLORATION FOR THE CONCRETING OF NRJ TRINIDAD-MABINI FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD INCLUDING BRIDGES

1. The Consulting Services-Geotechnical/Soil Exploration of the Concreting of NRJ Trinidad-Mabini Farm-to-Market Road including Bridges, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-Consulting Services-001.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening of the financial proposals.

2. The City Government of Surigao now calls for the submission of eligibility documents. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on of before March 25, 2025, 2:00 pm at CMO Conference Room, City Hall Compound, Surigao City.

Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
