1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT of GONZAGA, CAGAYAN, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Four and 38/100 Pesos (Php 427,494.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Geologic and Geotechnical Investigation of the Proposed BFP Building, Municipal Health Center, and Legislative Building, 2025-01CS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
