Dear Sir:

1. The City Government of Kidapawan (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from Trust Fund LDRRMF 2023 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Consulting Services for the Formulation of Kidapawan City-s Drainage Master Plan. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Six Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php6,100,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Formulation of Kidapawan City-s Drainage Master Plan for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services: Kidapawan City-s Drainage Master Plan. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
