1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Formulation of Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) with Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of the Municipality of Malabuyoc, Cebu, consisting of the formulation and package of the CLUP and CDP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
