Description : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE FILIPINO DIASPORA FOR INNOVATION
AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

1. The Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev), through its Bids and Awards Committee for Consulting Services (BAC-CS), intends to engage the services of a consulting firm for the Consulting Services for the Filipino Diaspora for Innovation and Development Project through employment of Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GRPA). Details of the project are in the Terms of Reference (TOR), attached hereto as Annex 1.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP990,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, professional fees, and other incidental and administrative costs.
