• Conduct gap analysis of current QMS against ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Identify and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.
• Assist in establishing measurable quality objectives, targets, plans, and
controls.
• Align objectives with organizational strategy and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide technical assistance in drafting, refining, and implementing QMS
documentation (manuals, procedures, records).
• Ensure documentation adds value to processes and supports compliance.
• Assist in monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of organizational
