1. The Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA), through the Contingency fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-IB-2025-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
