This is to invite your company to submit your best and final offer to the Department of Health-Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for the Consulting Services for the Development of an Updated Comprehensive Training Module for the Accreditation of Physicians as Drug Rehabilitation Practitioners to include Skills Building on Drug Dependency Examinations (DDE) for Substance Use Disorders (SUD) under NP No. 2025-001 which is being undertaken by the Department of Health-Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TTRC) Bids and Awards Committee using Negotiated Procurement through Two-Failed-Biddings Modality pursuant to Annex “H” (V)((D)(1) and Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184. The project has a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,700,000.00) inclusive of taxes.
