Description : The Department of Transportation, Office of Undersecretary for Road Transport and Non-Infrastructure (OURTNI), Public Transport Modernization Program - National Project Management Office (PTMP-NPMO), through the Continuing Fund from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Eighteen Pesos and Thirteen Centavos (Php 52,326,118.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Development of Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) Manual Volume 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
