Description : IV. SCOPE OF WORK
The Consultant/Consulting Team shall undertake the following:
1. Inception and Planning
○ Prepare a detailed Work Plan indicating development milestones for each priority module group and submit it for OHCD approval within five (5) working days from the Inception Meeting.
○ Conduct desk reviews and assessments of existing training modules and materials.
○ Identify content gaps, outdated information, and alignment needs.
○ Conduct and facilitate consultations, in coordination with DOT, with subject-matter experts and other relevant stakeholders to identify challenges and objectives, and use the inputs in designing the training modules.

2. Content Enhancement and Development
○ Update or restructure modules based on the latest policies, standards, and sector practices.
○ Integrate learning outcomes and competency-based approaches.
○ Develop assessment tools, exercises, and practical applications.
