Description : [REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN, MANAGEMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OUTSTANDING EASTERN VISAYAN AWARDS

1. The DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM - REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, through General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (Php8,000,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Design, Management, and Implementation of the Outstanding Eastern Visayan Awards. This project is subject to “early procurement short of award”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM - REGIONAL OFFICE VIII now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consulting Services for the Design, Management, and Implementation of the Outstanding Eastern Visayan Awards.
