TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

I. Project Description:
1 Conceptualize One (1) MASCOT DESIGN (Main Mascot) for use of the Bureau to represent the copyright-based industry.
2. One (1) SET Promotional Videos: max 240 seconds/4 min. total for the entire set of videos using CG assets created for HD quality playback (video and audio).
a. Explainer Video of the creative design and development process of the Main Mascot
b. Introduction Video of the Bureau of Copyright and Related Rights with use of the mascot
c. Basic Information Video of "What is Copyright?"
3. Script for Video, Storyboard, Video assets, Design assets, VO/BGM/SFX relevant to the one (1) set Promotional Videos provided by the bidder.
4. One (1) SET of generic communication and marketing assets and designs such as:
a. Main Mascot design in digital 2D (5 poses) and 3D model (1 CG model) ready for prototyping.
b. Brand Bible and Marketing Guide for the use of Main Mascot.
