Description : 1. The University of the Philippines, Mindanao, through The Government of the Philippines (GoP), charged against the 2023 UP Miscellaneous Funds which shall be released per approved progress billing intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Creation of the UP Mindanao Knowledge, Innovation, Science, and Technology (KIST) Park Master Plan under PBM No. 2024-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The University of the Philippines, Mindanao now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CREATION OF THE UP MINDANAO KNOWLEDGE, INNOVATION, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY (KIST) PARK MASTER PLAN. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC on or before November 4, 2024; 10:30 AM either manually or electronically.
