  Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Regional Office No. 1, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (Php20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Conduct of Topographic Survey and Mapping Activities of the INISAIP - Republication located in 2nd District, Ilocos Norte under Contract No. R1-INIMO-2025-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Regional Office No. 1 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consulting Services for the Conduct of Topographic Survey and Mapping Activities of the INISAIP.
