Description : 1. The DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOTr) through the CY 2024 General Appropriation Act intends to apply the amount of Seventy-Seven Million Five Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos (Php 77,510,505.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Surigao Airport Development Project (Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study and Master Plan (FS/MP), Environmental Impact Assessment Study (ESIA) and Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) for the New Surigao Airport Development Project). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
