Description : 1. The DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOTr) through the CY 2025 General Appropriation Act intends to apply the amount of Seventy-Nine Million Six Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Five Pesos (Php 79,633,605.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Camiguin Airport Development Project CY 2025 (Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study and Master Plan with Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Study and Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) for the Camiguin Airport Development Project). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
